Outside the Nereda basins, the 36" exterior process pipe connections are being finalized. Inside the Operations & Maintenance building, insulation and wallboard installation is nearing completion, creating the foundation for a fully functional operations hub.

Crews are framing drywall and installing electrical systems inside the O&M building. HVAC ductwork is staged and ready for installation in the blower building and secondary electrical room.

This week, interior progress is taking center stage. In the O&M building, windows have been fully installed, and crews are now hanging drywall in the upstairs offices and control room.

This week at the plant, the disinfection facility is taking shape. The two 7,500-gallon hypochlorite tanks and their canopy structure have been installed.

Inside the main electrical and O&M buildings, crews are installing HVAC ductwork and applying ceiling coatings. At the headworks, final connections are being made to the 42-inch influent line.

The AquaDisk filters have arrived on-site, these will polish the effluent after biological treatment and prepare it for final disinfection. We also get a rare look inside the sludge holding tank, which will never look this spotless again.

This week, visible progress continues across the site. The sodium hypochlorite (liquid bleach) holding tanks have arrived, and final work is underway on the sludge buffer and holding tanks, including electrical, mechanical, and stair/guardrail installations.

Inside the O&M building, the high-capacity process blowers have arrived, marking a major step in outfitting the facility’s treatment systems.

This week, we’re seeing exciting developments at the operation and maintenance building, where veneer blockwork on the office side is nearly finished. Interior framing and rough-in work are also wrapping up.

This week, construction continues to move forward with visible progress on several areas of the site. Work is advancing on the sludge holding tank, the exterior of the Nereda basin, and the framing of the headworks deck. 

This week, construction efforts have focused on structural and utility enhancements across the site. At the headworks structure, crews are nearing completion of the final grit chamber wall pours, bringing this area closer to its finished form.

This week, the O&M building reached a major visual milestone with the installation of colored veneer block, giving the exterior a cohesive and durable finish that matches the maintenance bay walls.

This week we can see some new progress inside the O&M building, as crews are working to frame out the walls, HVAC, and plumbing of the second floor offices and control room.

Notable developments are underway on the Main Electrical Building, which will house the plant’s high-voltage switchgear and motor drives, along with a dedicated generator room for the relocated 3MW generator from the IWRF.

This week, the pace hasn’t slowed. Aerial shots reveal the evolving landscape around the Main Electrical and Blower Buildings, where crews are putting the final touches on masonry walls—setting the stage for the upcoming roof and slab work.

This week, crews are tackling multiple tasks at once. The O&M building is being prepped for its concrete roof pour, while masonry walls are being waterproofed in anticipation of the colored veneer block installation.

The O&M building’s roof sheeting is now fully installed, setting the stage for foam insulation and a concrete layer to be poured in the coming weeks. This marks a big step in enclosing the structure, allowing work on the interior to advance.

Work on the underground disc filter influent line continues, ensuring proper flow management as connections are installed and reinforced.

This week, the second floor of the Operations & Maintenance building is seeing major developments. On the maintenance side, roof bar joists are being placed, providing the framework for the next phase of construction.
