Clean Water Inspiring Creativity
At FPUA, innovation doesn’t just live in pipelines and pumps. It lives in people, and in the way we tell our story.
This week, we’re inviting the community to help us tell that story through the Fort Pierce Art Competition, a chance to showcase how clean water, technology, and environmental stewardship are shaping Fort Pierce’s future. Local artists, students, and community members of all ages are welcome to participate.
Selected artwork will be featured in FPUA’s 2026 commemorative calendar, which will debut at the ribbon-cutting of our new Water Reclamation & Reuse Facility on January 9, 2026, a huge milestone for our city.
Whether it’s a painting, poem, photo, or illustration, your voice matters. Creative work has the power to reach people in ways that technical projects alone cannot. That is why this initiative is so important, it gives our community a way to express what clean water and a healthy environment mean to us all.
We would love to see our residents take part. Every submission represents a personal point of view and helps bring visibility to the work happening behind the scenes to protect the Indian River Lagoon and support everyday life in Fort Pierce.
Your participation will help turn progress into something everyone can see and feel.
